At this moment we are seeking: Maintenance EngineerObjetive Ensure thesafe, continuous, and efficient operation of production and utility equipmentthrough the implementation ofpreventive and corrective maintenance strategies, continuous improvement of systems and processes, and effective management of technical and human resources; while complying with quality standards (IATF16949, ISO45001, ISO14001 ), meeting customer requirements, and optimizing operational costs.Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical Engineering , HVAC or similar. Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in managing, upgrading, and designing utility equipment. Knowledge & Skills: Advanced English *written and verbal* On-site JobDetailed R&R (Detailed Responsibilities) Responsible for themanagement of utility equipmentto ensure safe and efficient operation, as well as daily maintenance (including air compressors, air conditioning systems, among others). Utilize theMaximo systemto implement and comply with preventive maintenance plans for utility equipment. Analyze and resolveunexpected failuresduring operation and develop correspondingemergency response plans. Supervise thesafe operation of power equipment, ensuring normal operation and execution of daily maintenance plans. Responsible for the maintenance ofnoise control and sound insulation systemsin the utility station. In charge of thetechnical improvement and design of utility systems. Perform regular inspections ofpressure vessels, measuring instruments, safety valves, and related equipment. Guide technicians and operators in their tasks, improving theirmaintenance skills and on-site troubleshooting capabilities. Ensure compliance withspecific customer requirements.
