Collaboration with Hiring Managers:Work closely with hiring managers across various departments to understand their staffing needs and ensure recruitment efforts are aligned with team objectives. Candidate Sourcing & Networking:Use various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and industry events, to identify high-quality candidates. Build a strong network of potential candidates for current and future openings. Employer Branding:Recruitment Metrics:Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate quality, to continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes.Bachelor’s degreein Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience:At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. Proactivity & Organizational Skills:Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
