We're seeking a highly organized, proactive Sales Operations professional to support the Head of LATAM and the regional team in driving day-to-day operations.This role will act as a key operational support and coordination function , helping ensure smooth execution across projects, billing, and revenue tracking , while maintaining strong alignment with HQ.You will work closely with the Head of LATAM, supporting him in managing priorities, tracking progress, and ensuring that key initiatives and commercial processes are executed effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Operational Support (Core Focus)- Provide day-to-day operational support to the Head of LATAM in managing projects, priorities, and follow-ups - Track key action items and ensure timely execution across teams - Assist in preparing internal updates, reports, and meeting materialsCross-Region Coordination (LATAM HQ)- Support communication and coordination between LATAM teams and HQ (Sales, Delivery, Finance, Product) - Follow up on requests, approvals, and deliverables to ensure alignment - Help maintain clear visibility across ongoing initiativesBilling & Revenue Support (Critical)- Support billing preparation and validation (usage, pricing, contract terms) - Assist in invoice coordination (folios, PO, Coupa, etc.) - Track Accounts Receivable (AR) status and support follow-ups - Maintain basic revenue tracking and reportingAccount & System Support- Assist with account setup and operational processes (client accounts, SIP lines, platform access) - Ensure documentation and approvals are properly recorded - Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding processesDocumentation & Process Support- Maintain organized records of contracts, approvals, and project documentation - Ensure key information is properly documented and accessible - Support contract tracking and renewal follow-upsReporting & Administrative Support- Assist in preparing reports on project status, billing, and revenue - Support internal tracking and data consolidation - Handle ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as neededWhat We're Looking For- Strong sense of ownership with a support-oriented mindset - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Strong follow-up and execution - Good communication skills and ability to work across teams - Basic understanding of business operations/billing / finance - Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills - Fluent English
