Experience:6 - 8 years of experience (SAP SD)Language:B2+ EnglishThe client is seeking an SAP S/4HANA SD Support Consultant to join their team and provide ongoing support for an already live SAP S/4 system. This role will focus on day-to-day support, ticket resolution, and configuration changes within the SAP S/4 SD module. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, offering best-practice guidance, and supporting an organization that does not have extensive in-house SAP expertise. This role requires hands-on configuration experience and the ability to independently manage SD-related support activities.Key Responsibilities Provide SAP S/4HANA SD support by responding to and resolving support tickets Support and maintain an already live SAP S/4 system Perform hands-on configuration changes within the SAP S/4 SD module Work closely with stakeholders to understand issues and apply best-practice solutions Act as a subject-matter expert in an organization with limited internal SAP experienceMust-Have Requirements 10 years of SAP experience Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA SD support tickets Strong SAP S/4 experience Hands-on configuration experience within SAP SDNice-to-have: Canada and US Support Experience.
