Job Description

CONTROLLING MANAGER Job Purpose: This position is responsible for overseeing plant controlling activities, including cost management, budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis. The role ensures accurate financial monitoring of operations, identifies deviations, and drives actions to maintain cost efficiency and support business decision-making aligned with company policies and objectives.Responsibilities: Develop and implement business reporting procedures, including reporting timelines and key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor and ensure data accuracy of KPIs and financial information. Prepare and analyze regular and ad hoc management reports on plant performance. Lead the budgeting process and support departments in budget preparation. Monitor budget execution and control plant expenses. Identify deviations vs. budget/forecast, perform root cause analysis, and assess financial impact. Analyze inventory variances and ensure proper reporting and corrective actions. Perform cost analysis, including material cost deviations vs. targets. Define, track, and improve financial KPIs aligned with business objectives. Drive continuous improvement in controlling processes, procedures, and systems. Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling (manufacturing environment preferred). Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and internal controls. Experience in variance analysis and performance management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP knowledge is a plus.
