This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping hiring strategies, partnering with global teams, and contributing to the success of one of the world's leading IT services and consulting organizations.About TCS️Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-endrecruitment and selection processesforBPS and/or IT profiles, ensuring quality, speed, and an excellent candidate experience. Handle ahigh volume of requisitions simultaneously, effectively prioritizing based on business needs. Act as astrategic partnerto hiring managers and stakeholders, understanding requirements, providing market insights, and proposing talent solutions. Maintainclear and effective communicationwith internal and external clients in both English and Spanish. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and timelines. Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team, sharing best practices and contributing to team objectives. Quickly adapt tonew processes, tools, and organizational changeswithin a dynamic environment. Work efficiently under pressure, meeting SLAs, recruitment metrics, and hiring targets.Required Experience & SkillsProvenTalent Acquisition experience within large, global organizations. Strong experience recruitingBPS and/or IT profiles. Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage ahigh volume of hiring requirements. Excellentstakeholder and customer managementcapabilities. Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments. Strong teamwork mindset with open and transparent communication. High adaptability and comfort with evolving processes. Minimum of 6 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
