Job Description

岗位职责1/中国总部轮岗期工作(1 个月) ○ 参与中国总部财务部核心板块轮岗(含财务核算、资金管理、资金清算、税务合规、财务分析等),熟练掌握集团财务规则、标准及各类财务工具的使用; ○ 系统学习集团海外业务财务运作逻辑,同步拉美当地财务本地化运营要求、跨境资金流转规范及总部与拉美财务协同流程; ○ 协助总部财务团队处理拉美业务相关财务支持工作,建立与总部财务的工作对接机制,积累跨区域财务协作经验。 2/拉美常驻工作期 ○ 核心财务工作:全面负责拉美公司资金管理、税务合规、当地监管机构对接、会计入账、报销审核等核心财务工作,独立处理税务申报等事宜,及时解决各类税务及财务实操问题,确保当地财务流程规范、财务数据真实准确; ○ 汇报与合规:定期向中国总部财务团队汇报拉美当地财务工作进展,同步本地财务状况、监管政策动态及核心财务问题的解决方案;严格遵守拉美当地财务、税务、外汇等相关法律法规,全面规避业务运营的财务合规风险; ○ 跨区域协同:与中国总部财务团队保持常态化对接,及时同步总部最新财务管控要求,高效推进拉美与总部的财务工作衔接,完成海外与国内财务工作的闭环管理; ○ 业务支持:配合拉美当地业务团队提供必要的财务专业支持,为本地业务拓展提供财务层面的专业建议,完成总部及拉美当地公司交办的其他财务相关工作。 任职要求 身份与地域要求:可长期在拉美常驻工作,熟悉拉美当地生活及工作环境者优先; 学历与专业:本科及以上学历,会计学、财务管理、金融学等财务相关专业,持有 CPA、ACCA 等财务专业证书者优先; 工作经验:2 年及以上财务相关工作经验,具备高潜特质(快速学习、抗压攻坚、潜力突出),有海外财务工作经验或拉美本地财务工作经验者优先; 专业能力:熟练掌握财务核算、税务处理、资金管理等核心财务技能,熟悉 SAP、Oracle 等主流财务软件及日常办公软件,具备较强的财务数据分析与实际问题解决能力; 综合素质: ○ 语言能力:西班牙语流利,英语听说读写熟练,两门语言均可作为工作语言,满足拉美本地日常沟通、书面材料制作及与中国总部的对接需求; ○ 职业素养:工作严谨细致、责任心强,具备良好的跨区域沟通协调能力与高效的执行力,能独立推进拉美当地全流程财务工作; ○ 抗压与适应:具备吃苦耐劳的工作精神、较强的环境适应能力和抗压能力,能快速适应拉美当地的工作节奏与运营环境; ○ 合规意识:无不良职业记录,严格遵守拉美当地及中国相关法律法规,服从公司关于中国总部轮岗及拉美常驻工作的相关安排。 Job Responsibilities: 1. Rotation at the China Headquarters (1 Month) Participate in the rotation of core modules of the Finance Department at the China Headquarters (including financial accounting, treasury management, fund settlement, tax compliance, financial analysis, etc.), and proficiently master the group's financial rules, standards and the application of various financial tools. Systematically learn the financial operation logic of the group's overseas business, and align with the requirements for localized financial operation in Latin America, norms for cross-border capital flow, and financial collaboration processes between the headquarters and Latin America. Assist the headquarters' finance team in handling financial support work related to Latin American business, establish a work docking mechanism with the headquarters' finance team, and accumulate experience in cross-regional financial collaboration. 2. Permanent Work in Latin America Core Financial Work: Take full charge of core financial work of the Latin American subsidiary including treasury management, tax compliance, liaison with local regulatory authorities, accounting entry and reimbursement review; independently handle tax filing and other related matters, timely resolve various practical tax and financial issues, and ensure standardized local financial processes and true and accurate financial data. Reporting & Compliance: Regularly report the progress of local financial work in Latin America to the finance team at the China Headquarters, and synchronize the local financial status, updates on regulatory policies and solutions to core financial issues; strictly abide by the relevant local laws and regulations on finance, tax and foreign exchange in Latin America, and fully avoid financial compliance risks in business operation. Cross-Regional Collaboration: Maintain regular communication and docking with the finance team at the China Headquarters, timely synchronize the latest financial control requirements from the headquarters, efficiently promote the connection of financial work between Latin America and the headquarters, and complete the closed-loop management of overseas and domestic financial work. Business Support: Provide necessary professional financial support for the local business team in Latin America, offer professional financial advice for local business expansion, and complete other financial tasks assigned by the headquarters and the Latin American subsidiary. Job Requirements: Identity & Regional Requirements: Willing to work permanently in Latin America for the long term; candidates familiar with the local living and working environment in Latin America are preferred. Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, Finance or other relevant financial majors; candidates with professional financial certifications such as CPA or ACCA are preferred. Work Experience: At least 2 years of relevant financial work experience, with demonstrated high potential traits (quick learning ability, capacity to work under pressure and tackle challenges, outstanding professional potential); candidates with overseas financial work experience or local financial work experience in Latin America are preferred. Professional Competencies: Proficient in core financial skills including financial accounting, tax processing and treasury management; familiar with mainstream financial software such as SAP and Oracle as well as daily office software; with strong capabilities in financial data analysis and practical problem-solving. Comprehensive Qualities: Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing; both languages can be used as working languages to meet the needs of daily local communication, written document preparation in Latin America and docking with the China Headquarters. Professional Quality: Meticulous and rigorous in work, with a strong sense of responsibility; excellent cross-regional communication and coordination skills and high execution capacity; able to independently promote the full-process financial work in Latin America. Stress Resistance & Adaptability: Hardworking, with strong environmental adaptability and pressure resistance; able to quickly adapt to the local work rhythm and operational environment in Latin America. Compliance Awareness: No adverse professional record; strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations of Latin America and China; comply with the company's arrangements regarding the rotation at the China Headquarters and permanent work in Latin America.
