You will be required to speakEnglish 100% of the daywith our MX &US teams, Auditors, CPAs, and banking contacts.You will assume a decisive role, addressing complex problems that require you to usejudgment and creativity to create recommendations. Key responsibilities include:IFRS Compliance Leadership:Responsible for maintaining financial procedures, preparing reports, and ensuringIFRS rule complianceand balancing the ledger for regular reports. Financial Strategy & Modeling:Manage thecreation, updating, and maintenance of financial models and business cases, using aFinancial Approachto understand and improve business results. Risk Control and Audit:Identify andminimize risksby processing monthly reviews of bank, credit card, and intercompany accounts. You will also audit account books for efficiency and accuracy. Full Accounting Cycle Ownership:Total responsibility for theGeneral Ledger, themonth-end closing process,Asset Management, and supervisingyearly inventories. Cross-Functional Support:Act as abackup in the Controlling areaand provide total support to the Accounts Payable team.RequirementsWe are looking for a leader with a proven ability tohandle multiple projects simultaneouslyand a deeppassion for getting results.Experience:5 yearsof proven accounting experience. Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Technology:Expert proficiency inSAP,Excel, andGoogle Workspace.
