Every day, we support our clients by steering major Projects and Programs, managing Project Portfolios, improving maturity and efficiency of PM Organizations.As aPMO Consultant, you’ll be in charge ofplanning, coordinating, and executinghigh-impact reshoring projects. Own the Timeline:Develop and monitordetailed project timelinesfor transferring operations, ensuring alignment with technical, regulatory, and business goals. Provideclear, actionable reportson project progress (timelines, resource needs, risks). Ensure Compliance:Work with teams to adapt processes forlocal regulations.
