Revenue Director | Grand Hyatt Los CabosWe are currently seeking a Director of Revenue for Grand Hyatt Los Cabos .This is a key leadership role responsible for driving the hotel's overall revenue strategy, optimizing performance, and maximizing profitability across all segments in a dynamic resort environment.Profile:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Tourism, or HospitalityPostgraduate degree or certification in Revenue Management, Finance, or Marketing is highly desirableExperience:5+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Management within hotels, preferably large-scale resorts or all-inclusive propertiesProven leadership experience managing revenue teams and driving commercial strategyStrong background in market analysis, forecasting, and pricingTechnical Skills:Expertise in RMS tools (IDeaS, Duetto, Rainmaker) and PMS/CRS (Opera, Synxis, etc.)Strong knowledge of distribution strategies across online and offline channelsAdvanced segmentation expertise (Leisure, FIT, Groups, Corporate, MICE, OTA)Deep understanding of KPIs: RevPAR, ADR, GOPPAR, Occupancy, Pick-upAdvanced Excel and BI tools for data-driven decision makingAdvanced English required; additional languages are a plusKey Competencies:Strategic and analytical mindset with strong results orientationLeadership and ability to influence Sales, Marketing, and OperationsStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to perform in fast-paced, high-demand environmentsKey Responsibilities:Define and lead pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to maximize total hotel revenueOversee weekly and monthly forecasting and performance analysisCollaborate closely with Sales & Marketing to align commercial strategies and campaignsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand driversIdentify opportunities and implement action plans to optimize occupancy and profitabilityLead and develop the Revenue team to ensure best-in-class practicesIf you are interested in joining this exciting opportunity or know someone who could be a great fit, feel free to reach out.
