By automating routine interactions, we enable restaurant teams to focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.Role Overview We are hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) Account Manager based in Mexicoto support our growing U.S. client base.This is a dynamic, client-facing role that combinesaccount management, onboarding, and customer support, while working closely with our U.S.-based Sales and Product teams. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through long-term success.This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates effectively in English, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.What You’ll Do Client Onboarding & Implementation Lead onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth and timely launch Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) across time zones Deliver client training sessions in English Account Management & Client Success Manage a portfolio of primarily U.S.-based clients Build strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers Monitor account health, usage, and client satisfaction Proactively address issues and ensure a high-quality experience Sales & Growth Support Partner with Sales to support client handoffs and expansion opportunities Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Contribute to retention and revenue growth Ongoing Support & Optimization Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize platform value Gather feedback and collaborate with Product on improvements Provide timely, high-quality support across client needsWhat We’re Looking For Fluent English (required)— strong written and verbal communication skills Native or fluent Spanish 2–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles Experience working with U.S. clients or international teams preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones (U.S. hours) Experience with SaaS, AI, or digital platforms preferred Hospitality or restaurant industry experience is a plusRole Details Location:Remote (Mexico-based candidates only) Work Hours:Must overlap with U.S. business hours (primarily EST/CST) Employment Type:Full-time Compensation:Competitive, based on experienceWhy Join TimeShark AI?
