We seek a high-caliber candidate to fill the above position.Responsibilities and requirements are listed below:We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations at our Guadalajara, Mexico facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising receiving, storage, inventory control, material movement and shipping activities to ensure efficient and accurate warehouse operations. This position will coordinate closely with Production, Purchasing, Logistics and overseas teams to support manufacturing requirements, maintain inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards. Strong leadership, organizational and bilingual communication skills are required.WH Bilingual Supervisor-CCMXResponsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, material movement, shipping and dispatch activities to ensure smooth warehouse operations in CCMX. Lead and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational procedures, and provide training and performance monitoring. Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts and physical inventories, investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Logistics and China team to ensure timely material availability and shipment arrangements. Prepare and maintain warehouse reports, inventory records, KPI tracking and related documentation on a daily basis. Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, company policies, safety standards and local regulations. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse layout, material flow, inventory control and operational efficiency. Communicate effectively with local and overseas teams, providing bilingual support in English and Spanish when required.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, inventory control or logistics operations in a manufacturing company. Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, material handling and ERP systems. Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred. Strong organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work hands-on. Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams Committed to meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy in warehouse operations and inventory records.
