Language: Advanced English (required – direct communication with U.S.-based clients).Experience: Previous experience in accounting. Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO). Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) (preferred).Key Skills: Strong attention to detail. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple clients. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Solid understanding of accounting principles (debits and credits). Key Responsibilities. Prepare and analyze financial reports. Record accounting transactions. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Review bank feeds and clean up financial data. Prepare information for tax filings. Communicate with clients and follow up on open items. Support monthly closing processes.
