This is a foundational leadership role, responsible for establishing own business performance, systems integration execution, local supply chain development in Mexico and driving operational excellence, customer delivery, and profitable growth across Mexico and North America.This role is not about maintenance—it is a build-and-scale mandate. The successful candidate will create local execution capability, develop a robust supplier ecosystem, build a high-performing local team, and establish customer confidence that supports long-term regional growth.Mexico is a strategic pillar in our North American growth strategy, enabling localization, faster execution, and responsive customer support in automotive, EV, industrial manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics-intensive environments across Mexico, the U.S., and Canada.Position: General Manager – Mexico OperationsCompany: Wipro PARILocation: Monterrey, MexicoReporting to: Director – Wipro PARI MexicoKey ResponsibilitiesLead and scale Wipro PARI’s Mexico operations with full accountability for growth, execution, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Establish a local operating model for project execution, commissioning, field services, customer support, and future expansion.Develop and execute the Mexico supply chain strategy, including supplier identification, qualification, localization, and ongoing performance management.Build a strong network of local suppliers, subcontractors, and service partners across mechanical, electrical, controls, fabrication, and installation.Own end‑to‑end project execution—from planning and sourcing through installation, commissioning, launch, and handover.Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, safety standards, and business regulations in Mexico.Support in business development activities, partnering with customers on automation strategy, warehouse automation, intralogistics, and material flow improvements.Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing local team across project management, sourcing, field execution, and support functions.Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, safety standards, and business regulations in Mexico.Report all required operational and financial performance metrics to Wipro PARI USA leadership.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related fieldRequired Skills12+ years of leadership experience in industrial automation, systems integration, capital equipment, warehouse automation, material handling, or similar industrial environments.Demonstrated experience leading a business unit, country operation, or large project organization with operational budget accountability.Proven ability to build or scale supply chains and supplier ecosystems in Mexico or North America.Strong customer-facing leadership, commercial judgment, and negotiation skills.Experience leading cross‑functional teams across engineering, sourcing, project management, and field execution.Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).Preferred SkillsExperience in the automotive or EV sectors.Knowledge of supply chain management.Familiarity with logistics-intensive environments.Interested one can share CV's on
