Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience leading data conversion workstreams, including data analysis, transformation, validation, and production deployment across enterprise systems. Technical & Professional Qualifications - Workday Certification (Data Conversion) or ability to obtain certification. - Proficiency with ETL concepts and tooling, including SQL/MySQL, XML, Excel, and related data manipulation technologies. - Hands-on experience with Workday data conversion tools (e.g., iLoad, EIB, Advanced Load). - Strong understanding of the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including: - Data requirements definition - Data extraction and transformation - Data loading and reconciliation - Cutover and move to production - Experience collaborating with cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders to resolve data quality and conversion issues. - Demonstrated experience mapping, transforming, and loading data from source systems into target enterprise platforms.
