This Is What You Will Do in This RoleResponsible for full life-cycle recruitment process for business-critical projectCollaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and hiring managersOperate as a trusted partner and advisor, building a thorough understanding of the various role requirements and desired candidate profileBuild pipelines for potential applicants based on recruitment strategiesUse technology and sourcing techniques to locate, engage and attract candidatesEngage in active sourcing and recruiting for qualified candidates using various search tools, processes, and strategyProactively source, screen, interview and select qualified candidates for current and future business openings What We Are Looking ForBachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other related fieldMinimum 2 years’ recruiting in a technical organization or spaceExperience and knowledge recruiting in IT: applications (SAP), infrastructure/ops, cyber security and business partneringATS experience; Workday is strongly preferredExternal network of recruitment experts and resourcesExperience using social media to identify and attract candidates, proficiency with LinkedIn RecruiterExperience in a high-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlinesAbility to use discretion in handling confidential information
