Revenue Director | Grand Hyatt Los Cabos We are currently seeking a Director of Revenue for Grand Hyatt Los Cabos. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving the hotel’s overall revenue strategy, optimizing performance, and maximizing profitability across all segments in a dynamic resort environment. Profile: ▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Tourism, or Hospitality ▪️ Postgraduate degree or certification in Revenue Management, Finance, or Marketing is highly desirable Experience: ▪️ 5+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Management within hotels, preferably large-scale resorts or all-inclusive properties ▪️ Proven leadership experience managing revenue teams and driving commercial strategy ▪️ Strong background in market analysis, forecasting, and pricing Technical Skills: ▪️ Expertise in RMS tools (IDeaS, Duetto, Rainmaker) and PMS/CRS (Opera, Synxis, etc.) ▪️ Strong knowledge of distribution strategies across online and offline channels ▪️ Advanced segmentation expertise (Leisure, FIT, Groups, Corporate, MICE, OTA) ▪️ Deep understanding of KPIs: RevPAR, ADR, GOPPAR, Occupancy, Pick-up ▪️ Advanced Excel and BI tools for data-driven decision making ▪️ Advanced English required; additional languages are a plus Key Competencies: ▪️ Strategic and analytical mindset with strong results orientation ▪️ Leadership and ability to influence Sales, Marketing, and Operations ▪️ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills ▪️ Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-demand environments Key Responsibilities: ▪️ Define and lead pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to maximize total hotel revenue ▪️ Oversee weekly and monthly forecasting and performance analysis ▪️ Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing to align commercial strategies and campaigns ▪️ Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand drivers ▪️ Identify opportunities and implement action plans to optimize occupancy and profitability ▪️ Lead and develop the Revenue team to ensure best-in-class practices If you are interested in joining this exciting opportunity or know someone who could be a great fit, feel free to reach out.
