About the role As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuous flow of materials that support manufacturing operations. This position is highly operational and collaborative, acting as a key link between suppliers, internal teams, and customer orders. Your impact will be directly reflected in on‑time delivery, order accuracy, and overall supply chain performance, helping maintain operational continuity and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll be responsible for: Managing the purchase order (PO) process and ensuring timely execution and follow‑up Coordinating with suppliers to confirm deliveries and resolve supply issues Supporting order management activities, including order status, changes, pricing, and logistics coordination Ensuring material availability aligned with customer demand and plant requirements Monitoring and improving OTD (On‑Time Delivery) and order accuracy Resolving operational issues related to payments, shipments, and supply constraints Maintaining accurate records in ERP systems and supporting reporting activities Requirements We are looking for people who are organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and strong communicators.
