This is afoundational leadership role , responsible for establishing own business performance, systems integration execution, local supply chain development in Mexico and driving operational excellence, customer delivery, and profitable growth across Mexico and North America. This role is not about maintenance—it is abuild-and-scale mandate . The successful candidate will create local execution capability, develop a robust supplier ecosystem, build a high-performing local team, and establish customer confidence that supports long-term regional growth. Mexico is a strategic pillar in our North American growth strategy, enabling localization, faster execution, and responsive customer support in automotive, EV, industrial manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics-intensive environments acrossMexico, the U.S., and Canada .Position: General Manager – Mexico Operations Company:Wipro PARI Location:Monterrey, Mexico Reporting to:Director – Wipro PARI MexicoKey ResponsibilitiesLead and scale Wipro PARI’s Mexico operations withfull accountability for growth, execution, profitability, and customer satisfaction .Establish alocal operating modelfor project execution, commissioning, field services, customer support, and future expansion.Develop and execute theMexico supply chain strategy , including supplier identification, qualification, localization, and ongoing performance management.Build a strong network oflocal suppliers, subcontractors, and service partnersacross mechanical, electrical, controls, fabrication, and installation.Ownend‑to‑end project execution —from planning and sourcing through installation, commissioning, launch, and handover.Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, safety standards, and business regulations in Mexico.Support inbusiness development activities , partnering with customers on automation strategy, warehouse automation, intralogistics, and material flow improvements.Build, mentor, and lead ahigh‑performing local teamacross project management, sourcing, field execution, and support functions.Ensure fullcompliance with local labor laws, safety standards, and business regulationsin Mexico.Report all requiredoperational and financial performance metricsto Wipro PARI USA leadership.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related fieldRequired Skills12+ yearsof leadership experience in industrial automation, systems integration, capital equipment, warehouse automation, material handling, or similar industrial environments.Demonstrated experience leading abusiness unit, country operation, or large project organizationwith operational budget accountability.Proven ability tobuild or scale supply chains and supplier ecosystemsin Mexico or North America.Strongcustomer-facing leadership , commercial judgment, and negotiation skills.Experience leadingcross‑functional teamsacross engineering, sourcing, project management, and field execution.Fluency inEnglish and Spanish(written and verbal).Preferred Skills Experience in the automotive or EV sectors.
