Position Summary The B2B Inside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying revenue opportunities within the existing Kodak Alaris customer installed base and targeted prospects using document capture software. This role will focus on outbound cold calling and proactive engagement to promote the Kodak Alaris Technology Refresh program for aging scanner fleets and to position the Kodak Alaris Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution. Once opportunities are qualified, the Inside Sales Representative will work very closely with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to ensure effective follow‑up, partner engagement, and progression of opportunities through the sales pipeline. This role is ideal for a disciplined, metrics‑driven sales professional who is comfortable with phone‑based selling and thrives in a collaborative, channel‑centric sales environment. Key responsibilities - Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls to: - Existing Kodak Alaris customers with aging or end‑of‑life scanner deployments - Organizations currently using document capture or legacy capture software - Utilize our current ZoomInfo tool to find new contacts to engage directly the end customers - Engage customers in structured discovery conversations to understand: - Current scanner environment and lifecycle status - Capture workflows, software usage, and business pain points - Modernization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives Technology Refresh Program & IDP Positioning - Promote and position the Kodak Alaris Technology Refresh Program, emphasizing: - Improved performance and reliability - Reduced downtime and maintenance risk - Lower total cost of ownership - Enhanced security and supportability - Introduce and articulate the value of Kodak Alaris Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), including: - Advanced capture and data extraction - Workflow efficiency and scalability - Qualify opportunities based on defined criteria (need, timing, budget, decision process) - Accurately document discovery findings, qualification details, and next steps in CRM - Partner closely with the Channel Manager to: - Review qualified opportunities - Align on partner engagement strategy - Support handoff to authorized channel partners or field sales - Remain engaged post‑qualification to support opportunity progression as needed Operational Excellence - Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline, and opportunity status in CRM - Follow established call cadences, messaging frameworks, and campaign priorities - Meet or exceed defined KPIs for activity levels, lead qualification, and pipeline contribution - Collaborate with marketing, channel, and field sales teams to support coordinated go‑to‑market efforts Required Qualifications - 2–5 years of B2B inside sales or outbound sales experience, preferably in technology - Demonstrated success with cold calling, lead qualification, and pipeline development - Experience selling or positioning: - Hardware refresh or upgrade programs - Software, SaaS, or technology solutions - Strong verbal communication, listening, and discovery skills - Ability to communicate both technical features and business value - Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (Microsoft) Kodak Alaris provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
