Organization- Hyatt Place San Jose del Cabo Resumen Hyatt Place Los Cabos, is looking for: Director of Sales Requirements. - English: 100% Professional - Must have 5 years of experience in sales management positions, indispensable Bachelor's Degree Completed, Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism or similar. - Availability of time to travel - Knowledge in platforms such as; Opera, Amadeus, CVENT. - Microsoft office, Excel, Word, etc. - Updated Visa - Management of Digital Marketing, and social media strategies. Main activities of the position: - Ability to analyse on various platforms. - Knowledge of the Baja California Sur destination and market. - Provide positive feedback to the Sales Department and other Hotel Departments. Recruit, direct, coach and mentor sales team members. - Review sales channels to ensure congruence with defined strategies. - Formulate strategies for rate and inventory sales, restrictions and packages to maximise revenue from an optimal rate and occupancy perspective (commercial action plans with ppto and target goals). - Establish realistic and achievable weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets or objectives (with KPI metrics). - Management of advertising, public relations and promotional activities.
