Logistics Sales Analyst Overview: The Logistics Sales Analyst plays a key role in identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities in Contract Logistics (warehousing, distribution, and value-added services). This role supports the sales cycle from lead generation to proposal preparation, ensuring a strong pipeline aligned with the company’s strategy. Key Responsibilities - Research and identify potential customers in target industries (e.g., automotive, home appliances, consumer goods, retail, e-commerce, etc.). - Qualify leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients. - Support the preparation of customized proposals, quotations, and presentations. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop cost models and tailored solutions. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and opportunities in the CRM system. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. - Support marketing activities such as trade shows, client visits, and promotional campaigns. - Follow up on new business opportunities and coordinate client meetings to convert leads into active customers. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field. - 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within logistics or supply chain, or experience in engineering, warehouse operations, or customer service within the logistics industry. - Strong communication and negotiation skills (English preferred). - Analytical and detail-oriented; comfortable working with data and pricing models. - Proactive, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Preferred Skills - Understanding of Incoterms, 3PL/4PL concepts, and contract logistics processes. - Experience in transportation and freight forwarding. - Intermediate to advanced English level. - On-site work in Querétaro, Mexico.
