Job Description

The Role • Be responsible for the overall relationship with strategic international clients, acting as the primary point of contact and senior reference for Insured Benefits matters in Mexico. • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s global philosophy, governance, and guidelines, ensuring their effective implementation and proper adaptation to the regulatory, operational, and cultural context of the Mexican market. • Provide strategic advisory services in the design, evaluation, and optimization of Insured Benefits programs, aligning employee well‑being, cost efficiency, competitiveness, and sustainability objectives for the client. • Collaborate and coordinate with global, regional, and local corporate teams, as well as with insurers and the client’s Human Resources and Finance leaders. • Participate in high‑impact negotiations with insurers and strategic vendors, including renewals, multinational programs, and complex financial structures. • Prepare and deliver executive analyses, reports, and strategic recommendations for both local and global committees, supporting senior‑level decision‑making. • Identify opportunities for service expansion, cross‑selling, up‑selling, and continuous improvement within assigned client accounts, strengthening long‑term relationships and positioning the firm as a strategic partner. • Act as a mentor to less‑experienced executives, sharing best practices and elevating the overall level of service provided to international clients. The Requirements • Professional proficiency in English, spoken, written, and read. • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multinational clients. • Strong technical expertise in Insured Benefits, including health, life, personal accident insurance, insured plans, cash flow structures, and multinational benefit programs. • Understanding of multinational models, global programs, and pooling structures (when applicable). • High level of autonomy, decision‑making capability, and personal accountability. • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex situations. • Flexibility to adapt to regulatory, organizational, or strategic changes. • Acts with integrity, aligned with corporate and regulatory standards.
