Responsibilities Responsabilities: - Supports the design capability across the Foods category portfolio by contributing to projects and tasks that deliver consistent, high-quality design solutions. - Responsible for organizing, designing, and implementing work that meets defined design objectives while adhering to brand standards and guardrails. - Works across packaging, communications, activations, and artwork, with a primary focus on packaging design (40%), communications and retail collateral (40%), and design and artwork updates or revisions (20%). - Responsible for the development and delivery of effective, compelling design solutions across key brand touchpoints and channels for PepsiCo food brands. - Demonstrates strong conceptual thinking and the ability to independently execute design and artwork across a variety of projects, ensuring creative excellence and consistency across all outputs. Qualifications Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience working in a design/creative agency or inhouse design studio. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design. - Proven ability to apply and perform design tasks, including sketching, ideation and graphic layout. - Exceptional skills using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop. - Outstanding portfolio that demonstrates graduate level design thinking and validates industry experience. - Strong communication skills, ability to explain thought processes, collaborate in ideations, present own ideas. - Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated in owning and delivering design tasks. - Must be fluent in English & Spanish. - Must be willing and able to travel.
