Job Description

We are looking for a Corporate Director of Entertainment to join our leadership team at Royalton Hotels & Resorts, responsible for shaping and elevating the entertainment strategy across our portfolio, delivering innovative, engaging, and memorable experiences aligned with our brand standards. The Corporate Director of Entertainment is responsible for: - Defining and leading the global entertainment strategy across all properties, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation in guest experiences. - Designing and implementing entertainment concepts, programs, and signature experiences that enhance brand positioning and guest satisfaction. - Overseeing property-level Entertainment teams, providing guidance, structure, and performance management to ensure operational excellence. - Collaborating closely with Operations, Marketing, Brand, and Guest Experience teams to align entertainment offerings with overall business objectives. - Leading the development of seasonal programming, events, and activations tailored to diverse markets and guest profiles. - Managing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency and high-quality delivery. - Monitoring guest feedback, satisfaction scores, and industry trends to continuously evolve entertainment strategies. The ideal candidate has: - Minimum 8–10 years of experience in entertainment operations within the hospitality industry, preferably in all-inclusive or luxury resort environments. - Proven track record in leading multi-property or regional entertainment strategies. - Strong creative vision with the ability to translate concepts into scalable and operational programs. - Experience managing large, multicultural teams across different locations. - Solid understanding of guest experience, service standards, and brand positioning in hospitality. - Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken); Spanish is a strong advantage. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities. - Ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environments. - Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Performing Arts, Event Management, or a related field.
