Revenue Director | Park Hyatt Riviera Maya We are currently looking for a Revenue Director for Park Hyatt Riviera Maya (pre-opening). This is a critical leadership role within a luxury environment, ideal for a strategic and commercially driven professional who can lead revenue strategy, drive performance, and shape the property’s success from pre-opening through stabilization. Profile: ▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Tourism, or Hospitality ▪️ Postgraduate degree or certification in Revenue Management, Finance, or Marketing is highly desirable Experience: ▪️ 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Management within hotels, preferably luxury resorts or all-inclusive properties ▪️ Previous experience in a leadership role (Revenue Manager / Director level) ▪️ Pre-opening experience is highly desirable ▪️ Proven track record in driving revenue performance, forecasting, pricing, and demand optimization Technical Skills: ▪️ Advanced experience with RMS tools (IDeaS, Duetto, Rainmaker) and PMS/CRS (Opera, Synxis, etc.) ▪️ Strong knowledge of distribution channels (OTAs, direct, GDS, wholesale) ▪️ Expertise in market segmentation (Leisure, FIT, Groups, Corporate, MICE, Consortia) ▪️ Advanced understanding of KPIs: RevPAR, ADR, GOPPAR, Occupancy, Pick-up ▪️ Strong data analysis capabilities (advanced Excel, BI tools preferred) ▪️ Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus Key Competencies: ▪️ Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen ▪️ Leadership and team management capabilities ▪️ Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) ▪️ Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills ▪️ Results-driven and highly adaptable in a dynamic, pre-opening environment Key Responsibilities: ▪️ Define and lead the overall revenue strategy aligned with brand positioning (luxury segment) ▪️ Drive forecasting, budgeting, and long-term revenue planning ▪️ Optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to maximize profitability ▪️ Lead and develop the Revenue Management function for the property ▪️ Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing to align commercial strategies and campaigns ▪️ Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and demand drivers ▪️ Play a key role in pre-opening strategy, system setup, and ramp-up execution If you are interested in being part of this exciting luxury project, or know someone who could be a great fit, feel free to reach out.
