Job Title

The PM - Srum Jr is responsible for ensuring the effective, predictable flow of work across pods and product areas within Imprivata’s Patient Access group. This role evolves beyond traditional Scrum Master responsibilities, focusing on end-to-end delivery flow, cross-pod coordination, and execution visibility. Operating at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Design, the Flow Lead owns the health of the delivery system—ensuring work progresses efficiently, risks are surfaced early, and teams are enabled to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in a software development role. - High level of understanding of Agile, Kanban, or flow-based delivery practices. - Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery in complex environments. - Have used SDLC tools such as Jira and Confluence. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams. - Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments. - Demonstrated curiosity and continuous learning mindset, with a desire to explore new tools, practices and ways of working. - Strong willingness to learn and evolve particularly in emerging areas such AI-enabled development and modern delivery practices. - Proactive, self-driven, comfortable operating in ambiguity with a focus on outcomes. - Healthcare or enterprise software experience preferred
