Regarding work Mushiny North America INC is currently recruiting a project manager. You will be responsible for project management, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and improving customer satisfaction. Regarding Mushiny Mushiny Intelligence provides a complete set of technologies and services for intelligent logistics. Our customized solutions are equipped with world-class artificial intelligence algorithms. We provide highly available and reliable robots and systems for warehousing and internal logistics. Our products and system platforms provide value for various industries such as e-commerce, manufacturing, distribution, and warehousing. In addition, our technology is not limited to improving efficiency, but also focuses on optimizing the human-machine interaction experience. Responsibilities - Assume administrative, contractual, technical, and financial oversight of the project. - Organize and lead the Project Team while fostering effective relationships. - Ensure the integrated system design aligns with system performance and technical specifications. - Manage the project master schedule to ensure timely contract completion. - Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer. - Oversee multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Lead a multidisciplinary team and subcontractors; resolve conflicts, set priorities, and coordinate concurrent activities. - Promote collaboration across departments, develop team members, and provide effective leadership to the project team. - Identify, assess, and manage risks and opportunities effectively. - Travel as necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this position, including extended periods during the commissioning and acceptance phases of projects. - Oversee project cash flow and deliverables, ensuring alignment with price and time metrics. Take overall responsibility for the project’s profitability. Qualifications - Experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in the successful completion medium projects (400k-2M) in the Construction and/or Material Handling Industry. - Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience demonstrating increasing levels of project value and complexity. - Excellent stakeholder management, verbal and written communication skills. - Independent decision making ability with strong financial focus. - Strong subcontractor management experience. - Ability to manage diverse team of internal disciplines. - Manage complex group of stakeholder’s and consultants within the airport and security industry. - Sound knowledge of contract law.
