Maintenance Manager Reports to : Operations Manager Objective of the position: Plan, execute, supervise and manage general maintenance operations related to machines, peripherals and robots to meet the needs of the production department and thus participate in the proper development of the plant. Ensure that machines, peripherals and robots are kept in optimal condition, complying with safety, functionality and aesthetic standards. Responsibilities : - Develop and supervise a preventive and corrective maintenance plan to ensure that all machines, peripherals and robots are properly taken care of in terms of cleaning, repairs and improvements. - Document and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including inspection reports, work orders, supply inventory, and associated costs. - Ask coordinators and their teams to perform first-level maintenance (TPM). - Conduct periodic inspections to identify potential problems or areas that require attention, and ensure the implementation of appropriate solutions. - Ensure that machines, peripherals and robots are delivered to production without any problem when start-up. - Follow up on mold changes and production start-ups. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly results dashboard for the general maintenance department. - Identify opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency and propose innovative solutions to optimize resources and reduce costs. - Control the budget of the general maintenance department. - Have the inventory of spare parts documented, controlled and updated. - Respond quickly and efficiently to emergency situations, such as leaks, power outages, or other technical failures, to minimize the impact on building operation. - Establish relationships with service and supply providers related to general maintenance, and negotiate competitive contracts and prices.
