Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent across various technologies while working closely with hiring managers and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (sourcing to onboarding) - Understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and communication skills - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates - Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles - Negotiate salary and close candidates successfully - Maintain candidate data and update ATS regularly - Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders Required Skills: - Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, Data Engineering, Cloud) - Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc. - Good knowledge of Boolean search techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field - 1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment - Experience working with ATS tools - Exposure to contract and full-time hiring
