Responsibilities:- Responsible for the assurance that all employees are trained according to their training matrix. - Responsible for carrying out and executing the annual training program. - Comply with the training requirements of Labor Law (STPS). - Coordinate and provide the HR Training to New Hires. - Administration of trainers (First Shift) - Active participation in events throughout the year. - Support for compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.Requirements:- Bachelor of Business Administration, bachelor’s in psychology or Industrial Engineer - 2 to 3 Years of experience in similar position. - Experience using the TRESS system - Experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) development and implementation (DNC) - English as second language. - Working Knowledge in HR, Training and related. - Decision making skills. - Sense of urgency. - Ability to work under pressure.
