This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, service-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining strong attention to detail. Workplace Policy Hybrid from Jalisco, Mexico Monthly Salary $30,000 Pesos gross What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) - Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee administration, and offboarding. - Review resumes and coordinate interviews for open positions. - Maintain employee records, HR reports, and internal documentation. - Participate in meetings with Japan for HR updates and reporting follow-up. - Coordinate with external vendors for HR-related services, such as actuarial valuation and expatriate immigration support. - Contribute ideas and proposals for employee engagement initiatives. - Help ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
