Job Description

Title: Billing & Contract Administrator Location: Monterrey, MX Schedule: Hybrid – Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 (onsite Wednesday & Thursday) Department: Service (Customer Support) Reports To: Customer Support Manager About the Role SKIDATA is seeking a Billing & Contract Administrator to support the administration, quoting, and lifecycle management of customer service contracts as part of the implementation of ServiceNow Contract Workspace. This role is responsible for ensuring contract accuracy, billing alignment, and compliance throughout the full contract lifecycle. The position works closely with Service, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Operations to support contract governance, service eligibility, and revenue protection. Key Responsibilities - Manage customer service contracts throughout all lifecycle stages, including activation, amendments, renewals, and expiration. - Prepare and manage quotations for service contracts, including renewals, upgrades, and contract changes, ensuring pricing accuracy and alignment with approved commercial terms. - Maintain accurate and complete contract and pricing data within ServiceNow Contract Workspace. - Ensure contracts are properly aligned with billing requirements, SLAs, warranties, and service entitlements. - Partner with Finance/Billing to support accurate invoice and revenue recognition. - Coordinate with Legal, Sales, and Operations to ensure contractual and commercial alignment. - Respond to internal and external inquiries related to contracts, coverage, pricing, and service eligibility. - Support audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives related to contract and billing processes. Required Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in contract administration, billing, service operations, or customer support in a mid-to large organization. - Experience working with Service Now, Ax or similar enterprise systems. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage pricing, contract terms, and structured data accurately. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with ServiceNow (Contract Workspace, Ax, or CSM). - Background in service contract pricing, renewals, or managed services. - Knowledge of billing and revenue-related processes. - ITIL, ServiceNow, or contract-related certifications.
