Job Description

This is a HYBRID position in Guadalajara, México Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Associate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified business opportunities (Sales Ready/Accepted Leads - SRL/SALs) for the sales and account management team, following the best practices and guidelines established by the company. Main Duties & Responsibilities: - Generate leads and qualified opportunities for the sales and account management team, adhering to company standards and processes. - Identify and contact ideal buyer personas within approved target accounts, as defined by sales and marketing campaigns. - Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, phone calls, video calls, and other channels to reach out to prospects and deliver SRLs. - Follow the company’s sales cadence and prospecting journey for researching and contacting prospects. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and comply with the company’s branding and communication standards. - Learn and operate company technologies, including CRM systems, while adhering to data protection (GDPR) and confidentiality policies. - Contact only approved buyer personas and target accounts as specified by the company. - Ensure all leads meet the minimum criteria before handing them over to the sales/account management team or entering them into the CRM. - Conduct introduction calls with prospects to qualify them, including discovery and BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) questions. - Record findings and notes in the CRM based on calls, research, and communications. - Schedule business meetings between prospects and the sales/account management team within defined timeframes. - Meet minimum activity requirements (number of calls, emails, social media interactions, etc.) as communicated by the company. - Be available on all communication channels during standard working hours and attend all required meetings punctually. - Collaborate professionally and ethically with colleagues and other company stakeholders. Language Requirements: - Fluent written and spoken English for business development activities. - Additional languages are a plus (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, Mandarin/Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Russian). Personality & Skills: - Forward-thinking and outgoing attitude. - Interest in growing within Sales/Business Development. - Affinity for IT/Technology and the industries the company operates in. - Organizational skills, adaptability, coachability, active listening, self-discipline, conversational skills, and time management. Educational Qualifications: - University degree. - Preferred: Education or certifications in IT, Software, Sales/Marketing, or related fields. - Experience or education in industries such as Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Retail, CPG, Telecommunications, Media, Manufacturing, Automotive, Travel & Hospitality, etc. Professional Experience: - Up to 1 year of previous work experience with an understanding of Sales, Business Development, and/or Marketing.
