Regional Finance Manager/Plant Controller – Automotive We are supporting a global automotive manufacturer in the search for a Regional Finance Manager/Plant Controller in Monterrey. This is a key financial leadership role with full ownership of sites finance, partnering closely with operations to drive performance, control costs, and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Lead plant financial operations, ensuring GAAP and SOX compliance - Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting cycles - Deliver variance analysis (Sales through EBIT) and performance insights - Oversee inventory, cost accounting, and fixed assets - Manage month-end close and reconciliation processes Requirements: - Experience in a Plant Controller or manufacturing finance leadership role - Strong background in manufacturing / automotive environments
