What you'll own: → Project schedules in our CRM → Deliverable tracking across all design disciplines → Weekly status reports & progress dashboards → Document control: RFIs, submittals, drawing logs → Daily coordination between Hermosillo & U.S. teams You're a great fit if you have: ✔ 2–6 years in project coordination, scheduling, or project controls ✔ Experience in engineering consulting, construction, or MEP (big plus) ✔ Strong Excel skills ✔ Bilingual Spanish / English — daily U.S. coordination required ✔ Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or Construction Management What we offer — above and beyond the law:
