About the Role We are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical/Electronic Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates of Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or related fields) who are passionate about electronic design, technical documentation, and collaborative problem solving in a global environment. What We Are Looking For - Recent graduates or final-semester students in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields. - Technical enthusiasts with a strong foundation in electronic design, electrical connectors, and system architecture. - Detail-oriented professionals who thrive in analytical environments and enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams. - Effective communicators with intermediate to advanced English proficiency (oral and written). Key Responsibilities Technical Design & Documentation - Develop and update technical notes (e.g., Controller Pin N Notes). - Define and document system technical requirements. Development & Validation - Design verification samples for electronic components, connectors, and electrical architectures. - Participate in hardware validation to ensure compliance with specifications. Analysis & Tool Utilization - Model and simulate electronic designs using CAD software. - Analyze data and generate technical reports using Excel and Power BI. Communication & Collaboration - Draft technical documentation in both English and Spanish for global teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electronic solutions effectively. Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields (recent graduates or final-semester students preferred). - Technical Skills: - Knowledge of electronic design, electrical connectors, and system architecture. - Proficiency in CAD, Excel, and Power BI. - Language Skills: Intermediate to advanced English (oral and written). - Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
