We are looking for an Accounts Payable Lead who drives efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement within our Finance team. Main Activities: Oversee the complete accounts payable process (receipt, validation, recording, and payment of invoices -CFDI/SAT). Coordinate and validate payments to national and international suppliers. Ensure compliance with tax requirements in Mexico (CFDI, SAT, input VAT). Manage cash flow and reconciliations. Participate in monthly accounting closings and internal/external audits. Coordinate the team and optimize processes (ERP / SAP). Oversee account reconciliations and discrepancy resolution. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments (Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance). Handle and control accounts payable for entities in Mexico and the USA. Prepare various reports based on the needs of the department. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. +3 years of experience in Accounts Payable. Manufacturing industry experience required, preferably in a maquiladora environment. Knowledge of Mexican tax regulations (VAT, CFDI, Financial Standards-MXGAAP and USGAAP). ERP management (preferably SAP). Intermediate-advanced English (Conversational is a plus). General knowledge of Warehouse Department processes (receipts) and Purchasing (Purchase Orders).
