OverviewTechnical Sales Support & Customer Training Engineer – Flow Control & Sealing (Dixon Valve). Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León. Industry: Industrial accessories distributor (fluid transport hoses, fittings and flow control). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Work Mode: On-site. Travel: National and USA travel required. Visa & Passport: Required.ResponsibilitiesTechnical Sales SupportProvide technical product specifications, limitations and application recommendationsSupport pre-sales and post-sales activities via phone, email and field visitsAssist customer service with technical inquiriesSupport product demonstrations and technical presentationsRecommend correct product selection based on application requirementsTraining & DevelopmentLead monthly on-site training workshops in Monterrey and Mexico CityConduct monthly virtual training sessions for distributorsCoordinate training logistics including registration, scheduling, travel and certificatesDevelop presentations, manuals and technical training materialsField and Customer SupportConduct regional field visits with sales teamsDeliver on-site technical training to distributors and end usersIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during customer visitsCandidate ProfileEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related fieldExperience: 1 to 2 years in technical support, application engineering, technical sales support or industrial environmentsTechnical SkillsUnderstanding of technical drawings and specificationsMicrosoft Office advancedERP system knowledge desirableKnowledge of elastomers, hoses, fittings, couplings and flow control products preferredKnowledge of thread types NPT, BSP, JIC, ORFS and Metric is a plusLanguages: Advanced English requiredOther Requirements: Valid U.S. Visa and Passport and availability to travelSoft SkillsDetail-oriented and proactiveStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable delivering presentations and training sessionsCustomer-focused mindsetCompensation and BenefitsMonthly Salary: MXN 27,000 grossPayment: BiweeklyBenefits: IMSS, vacation and annual bonusGrocery vouchersPrivate medical insurance after 3 monthsGym membership supportKeywords: ventas, cambaceo, sales, ingeniero, engineers, ingeniera, ing, engineer, industrial, industria #J-18808-Ljbffr
