As a Uline Associate Operations Analyst, you’ll provide data-driven recommendations that improve processes and support smart business decisions. Position Responsibilities Review data and analyze performance metrics to identify trends for our Operations, Customer Service, Warehouse and Sales teams. Prepare concise, data-driven memos with actionable business insights and recommendations. Own and manage Power BI reporting used across the business. Partner across internal teams to support leadership requests and recommend improvement strategies to streamline operations. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. Experience in SQL and Power BI and Power Automate preferred. Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% in both verbal and written forms. Strong communication and problem-solving skills and with excellent attention to detail. Experience in data analytics or supply chain is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
