HCL is looking for a Service Desk JR on site with below requirements: Job Summary Recent graduates to join our IT Service Desk team as Fresher Support Analyst. This role is ideal for candidates with basic computer knowledge, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Prior IT Service Desk experience is not required. Job Responsibilities - Provide Level 1 IT support to end users via chat, voice, or email - Log, track, and update tickets/interactions in the ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow) - Understand and follow defined support processes and SLAs - Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve standard user issues - Escalate incidents or requests to the appropriate support teams when required - Maintain clear documentation and communication with users - Participate in training, mock sessions, and assessments before production release Skill Requirement - Basic understanding of computer fundamentals (Windows OS, applications, file systems, internet usage) - Familiarity with basic IT concepts (hardware, software, login issues, password reset, connectivity basics) - Good verbal and written communication skills - Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies - Customer‑centric mindset with a positive attitude/rAbility to work in shift‑based operations (if required) Other Requirement English & Spanish speakers Work Zone: Andares
