Position: Clerk Sample Launch Technician Assisting with equipment setup, process validation, quality checks, and production trials to ensure smooth and successful launches that meet operational and customer standards. CHALLENGES · Timing availability, passion, drive, innovative and resilience to work with a multicultural know- how. · This position reports to a Operations Manager · Automotive industry expertise it´ is a must for this position. · It's difficult to access the Plant- for this reason it´s important that the candidate must have her/ his own transportation or another alternative to get to this site. · Nowadays the company is unable to give support relocation- for foreign candidates Experience minimum 1 years in automotive industry (must) Manufacturing or Launch technician or internship in Launch department (minimum 1 year): - Assist in the setup and installation of new equipment, tools, fixtures, and workstations for production launches. - Support pre-production builds, pilot runs, and validation processes by ensuring correct materials, tools, and documentation are in place. - Perform line trials, test runs, and verify product quality against drawings and specifications. - Troubleshoot equipment or process issues during launch phases and report findings to engineers. - Conduct studies, collect process data, and provide feedback for process improvements. - Help implement work instructions, visual aids, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Collaborate with engineers, quality teams, and maintenance to ensure line readiness and adherence to safety and quality standards. - Support the execution of PPAP runs, capability studies, and initial sample submissions. - Maintain accurate records of test results, issues, and corrective actions during launch phases. - Train production operators on new processes or equipment as needed. - Internal and external audits.
