What will you do? - Providing strategic financial guidance and collaborating with business leaders to achieve financial objectives. - Monitoring and analyzing key financial metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support organizational goals. - Ensuring compliance with corporate accounting policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. - Leading cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and systems. - Preparing and presenting detailed financial reports and recommendations to senior management. How will you do it? - Demonstrating a strong commitment to safety, integrity, and accountability by ensuring all financial activities adhere to strict ethical standards and regulatory requirements. - Focusing on removing obstacles for your team and customers, enabling streamlined processes and efficient decision-making. - Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing innovative solutions to enhance financial performance. - Fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages diverse perspectives and teamwork to achieve shared success. What are we looking for? - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/CIMA/CA certification is a plus). - Proven experience in a financial leadership role, ideally within a complex, global organization. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
