Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in driving full-cycle recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate is data-driven, highly collaborative, and experienced in recruiting within complex corporate environments. Main Responsibilities:Manage the full life cycle of the Talent Acquisition processes;Partner and lead vacancy consultation discussions with stakeholders and document recruitment plans which include role requirements, agreed time frames, roles, and responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process;Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and talent pipelines;Drawing talent acquisition and sourcing strategy: hunting ground, key words, job boards for posting, market mapping and ensure exceptional candidate experience through the hiring journey;Conduct behavioral-based interviews and coordinate assessment processes;Maintain accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS);Collaborate with HR partners to resolve operational issues and improve workflows;Provide administrative support for hiring activities and process documentation. Qualifications:Solid experience in talent acquisition area;Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using interview techniques and evaluation methods;Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates;Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;Full English proficiency.
