We are looking for an HR Business Partner Manager to support our logistics operations, partnering closely with leaders to drive people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and business results.Role PurposeAct as a strategic partner to business leaders within a logistics and operations-driven environment, providing expert HR guidance, leading people initiatives, and ensuring alignment between workforce strategy and business objectives.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the HR team supporting logistics and operational areas Partner with site and functional leaders to define and execute HR strategies aligned with operational goals Provide expert guidance on employee relations, labor law compliance, and sensitive HR matters in complex environments Oversee key HR programs including talent development, performance management, compensation, and workforce planning Support change management initiatives related to growth, transformation, or operational optimization Facilitate communication between leadership and employees across operations Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, internal policies, and company standards Manage HR budgets and resource allocation Act as a trusted advisor to leadership within a high‐volume, operational settingRequirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field 8 - 10 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or operational environments Strong background in labor relations, labor law, compensation, payroll, Talent management and HR policies Experience working with operational and leadership teams in complex or unionized environments (desirable) Strong analytical, influencing, and negotiation skills Advanced English - fluent written and verbal communicationKey Competencies Strategic thinking with strong business acumen Leadership and people development Results‐driven mindset Conflict resolution and negotiation Stakeholder management Customer‐focused and operationally oriented approach
