- Assist customers via phone and email with product inquiries, selection, and usage. - Guide customers in locating authorized retailers and service providers near their location. - Process and support warranty claims, including determining eligibility for unit replacement or warranty buyouts. - Register products and assist customers with rebate submissions. - Provide technical support for Wi‑Fi connectivity and related issues. - Accurately enter and process replacement unit orders for warranty cases beyond repair. - Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding customer-related issues. - Support and train new agents when requested. - Ensure high levels of responsiveness and customer satisfaction. - Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements: - Advanced English proficiency, as 98% of customer interactions are conducted in English. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments. - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. - Experience with 8x8 Virtual Contact Center is a plus.
