Job Title

Responsibilities: - Responsible for formulating weekly work plans and targets for the production line, ensuring alignment with production and sales objectives, and making adjustments and optimisations based on actual circumstances. - Coordinate and organise production schedules, collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of production plans, and promptly resolve issues arising during the production process. - Manage production team members, including shift/team leaders and production staff, to ensure team efficiency and work quality. - Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their professional competence and technical skills, ensuring they are capable of undertaking all assigned tasks. - Responsible for quality management during the manufacturing process, ensuring product quality stability and improvement, and addressing quality issues such as OQA market customer complaints. Qualifications: - Manufacturing-related experience, preferably in television manufacturing. - Proficient in using office software. - Fluent English in communication and writing.
