The QualiFind Group has been engaged in searching for a Financial Controller for our client’s small manufacturing operation in Baja California. This is a confidential search. SUMMARY OF POSITION The Financial Controller will play a hands-on leadership role, supporting both ongoing operations and the plant’s transformation and expansion. Candidates for this role will have: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required. - A Mexican CPA license is highly preferred. - 7+ years of experience in managerial roles like Controller or Assistant Controller, specifically within a manufacturing environment. - SAP ERP is required - Advanced Excel Skills - Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for communicating with local staff and international stakeholders.
