We are hiring Accounts Receivable Analyst Candidates must be based Queretaro, Mexico Reporting to Finance Manager Mexico Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Process and record invoices, ensuring compliance with fiscal requirements and internal accounting procedures - Review and validate invoices for accuracy and completeness - Manage payments, credits, and customer accounts - Maintain the accounts receivable portfolio up to date, ensuring timely collections - Ensure consistent monthly cash flow by securing company revenue collection targets - Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments and resolve any discrepancies - Support the achievement of the company’s monthly revenue targets Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (with a focus on Accounting) - At least 3 years of experience in Credit & Collections, managing transactions in both MXN and USD - Strong proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills - Intermediate to advanced English level
