Job Description

Apex Systems Mexico is seeking a Junior IT Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts focused on software consulting roles. This position is ideal for recruiters who already have hands-on experience in IT staffing and are ready to strengthen their sourcing strategy, candidate evaluation, and stakeholder communication skills in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, solid judgment when evaluating technical profiles, and experience sourcing through platforms such as LinkedIn using Boolean search techniques. Key Responsibilities - Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for IT and software consulting roles - Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing channels - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for active and future roles - Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical experience, communication skills, and overall fit - Coordinate candidate interviews and ensure timely follow-up and feedback - Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and priorities - Maintain accurate tracking of candidate activity and pipeline metrics - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Required Experience & Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically within software consulting or staffing environments - Experience recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers, Data Engineers, QA, DevOps, or similar technical profiles - Strong English communication skills (advanced level required) - Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques - Ability to evaluate resumes and identify relevant technical skills and experience - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously - High level of accountability, dedication, and sense of urgency Preferred Qualifications - Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment - Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment metrics - Exposure to U.S.-based clients or international recruiting processes Location: Queretaro, Monterrey ó Guadalajara.
